In a recent survey of just over 3600 people, only 18 could correctly answer these three questions:

1. Name the controlling congressperson of the House of Representatives.
2. Name the US Secretary of State.
3. Name Great Britainapos;s Prime Minister.

If I was one of the respondents who didnapos;t know these answers, I swear as penance Iapos;d walk around with a bag over my head for a week. Most probably just skipped on down their merry, addle-brained way.
